ANTI-CORRUPTION AND BRIBERY POLICY FOR GMF A/S

Zero Tolerance for Corruption
GMF A/S has a strict zero-tolerance policy towards corruption and bribery. We expect all
employees, managers, suppliers, and business partners to act ethically,
honestly, and in compliance with applicable laws.

Scope of the Policy:
This policy applies to all relationships — internal and external — including, but not limited to:

  • Procuremen
  • Sales
  • Customer agreements
  • Subcontractors
  • Contact with public authorities

The Following Are Prohibited:

  • Offering, promising, giving, or accepting bribes or other improper advantages in connection with business activities

  • Using company funds for unauthorized payment

  • Accepting or giving gifts, entertainment, or benefits that could be perceived as attempts to influence decisions

Gifts and Representation
Gifts of modest value may only be accepted or given if they are:

  • Legal
  • Reasonable
  • Do not create a relationship of dependency

In case of doubt, management must always be consulted.

Consequences of Violation
Violation of this policy may result in:

  • Warning
  • Termination of employment
  • Legal action
